RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your pair. If you don't, here's how we'll make 
it right.

14-DAY RETURNS
You have 14 days from the day your pair arrives to send them back. 
To qualify:
- Unworn, unwashed, in original condition
- Original box and packaging intact
- Beadwork and straps undamaged

HOW TO RETURN
1. Email hello@koalvina.com with your order number and reason
2. We'll send a return shipping label ($8 deducted from refund)
3. Mail the pair back within 7 days of receiving the label
4. Refund hits your card within 5 business days of receipt

WHAT WE CAN'T ACCEPT
- Sale or clearance items
- Pairs that show wear (scuffs, dirt, stretched straps)
- Returns sent after 14 days

ARRIVED DAMAGED OR WRONG?
Email us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a free replacement 
or refund — your choice. This is on us, not you.

EXCHANGES
For size swaps, follow the return process and place a new order. 
It's faster than waiting for us to ship the new size after we 
receive the old one.
